friends, can you provide me a good pdf resource to learn cycles?
i read that cycles can create photorealistic rendering which the internal renderer lacks!.so i'm facinated to learn it...

You can always check out the Blender documentation. That's usually the first place I go if I want to look into something.

That said though, almost all newer tutorials out there will use Cycles when they render or make materials. Getting a hang of Cycles material nodes will probably be your biggest hurdle, assuming you are used to the Blender Internal way of making materials.
